IT Services Management (ISM)
Overview: The purpose of this course is to prepare students to participate in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) structured project Implementations. The courses in this certificate program address the five phases of the service lifecycle: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement. In addition, students will learn an in depth comprehension and awareness of topics such as: Key Principles and Models, Generic Concepts, Selected Processes, Selected Roles, Technology and Architecture, and ITIL Qualification Scheme. Upon completion of this certificate program students will be prepared to take the certification exam.
