Position:                     Customer Service Representative-NO WEEKENDS (8 am – 9 pm flexible)

Pay Rate:                    $13.00 hr.

Position Location:     Tampa, Florida

Position Summary:

The Customer Services Representative responsibility is to have focus and emphasis on quality assurance, which includes answering internal/or external inquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representative handles medium complexity customer contacts in a call center service environment
  • Provides high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible
  • Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations
  • Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
  • Compile and process customer information

Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ customer services experience, in a call center environment strongly preferred
  • Student loan call center experience a plus
  • Attention to details
  • Experience working in a metrics and goal oriented environment
  • Handles contacts with our customers in a professional friendly manner, instilling customer confidence
  • Must work well under pressure and work well in a team environment
  • Have excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and Data entry, and Internet experience required.
