By partnering with the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA), LAC has facilitated the OpTIC Path program, significantly expanding training opportunities for both veterans and civilians. Talent Link serves as a comprehensive database of all LAC program graduates, including those from FBA’s OpTIC Path course and other tower and wireless programs. Employers can now effortlessly filter candidates based on program completion, work experience, interests, and location, among other criteria. FBA member companies also benefit from direct access to Talent Link through their FBA membership portal.
