Approved ETPL Programs
We currently deliver ETPL-listed programs in California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Michigan (MI), North Carolina (NC), New Mexico (NM), Pennsylvania (PA), and South Carolina (SC). These approvals span both Registered Apprenticeship programs and consumer-facing training programs, allowing us to serve Workforce Boards & CareerSource Centers, Job Seekers eligible for ITA funding, Youth & dislocated worker programs, and Employers seeking WIOA-aligned training providers.
Being listed on the ETPL confirms that LAC's programs meet or exceed WIOA training performance metrics, are vetted for cost-effectiveness, quality, and career outcomes, and support public workforce investment strategies at the local and state level.
As a result, workforce boards and job seekers can trust that LAC programs are:
• Eligible for tuition reimbursement or sponsorship
• Trackable through state workforce systems (e.g., Employ Florida, CalJOBS, NCWorks)
• Structured for completion, certification, and employment
LAC delivers a dual-pathway model designed for ETPL alignment:
Pre-Apprenticeship / Consumer Programs:
• 4–8 week programs available to WIOA participants
• Career readiness + technical skills in fiber installation, tower climbing, data center operations, and wireless systems
• Lead directly into employment or apprenticeships
Registered Apprenticeships:
• State or nationally approved apprenticeship pathways
• Delivered with local employer partners
• Includes structured OJT + Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
