Through this sector-aligned partnership, individuals from across Hillsborough County gain access to hands-on apprenticeship training in telecom fundamentals, fiber optics, wireless infrastructure, and broadband deployment, along with OSHA safety, certifications, and job-readiness skills.

Thanks to Hope Florida, WIOA programs, and support from CareerSource Hillsborough, eligible participants receive:

The Apprenticeship Hall model aligns directly with CareerSource Florida's mission: to connect talent to opportunity and drive economic growth through workforce innovation. With CollabFirst and LAC leading the training and mentorship components, employers benefit from credentialed, job-ready workers trained on real-world standards, workforce-aligned apprenticeships built for fiber, wireless, and infrastructure needs, and support navigating workforce grants and hiring pipelines.
