Tampa, Florida —December 19, 2025 — Learning Alliance Corporation announces the launch of its DOD SkillBridge Career Skills Program at Fort Drum Army Base, with the first cohort scheduled to begin at the end of February 2026. The program prepares transitioning Service Members for careers in the telecommunications and broadband industries through structured, hands-on technical training.
As an approved DoD SkillBridge provider, Learning Alliance Corporation delivers career-focused training during eligible Service Members’ final 180 days of active duty. Participants remain on active duty, continue receiving military pay and benefits, and gain real-world industry experience prior to separation.
The Learning Alliance SkillBridge program combines two core training pathways, Broadband Wireless Digital Installer and Broadband Fiber Digital Installer. The eight-week program features classroom instruction, hands-on lab work, and field-based On-the-Job Training. Participants earn industry-recognized certifications aligned with employer demand and critical infrastructure needs nationwide.
Program completion prepares participants for employment consideration with industry employers seeking skilled telecommunications professionals.
