Tampa, Florida —October 3, 2025— Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC), a national leader in
broadband and telecom workforce training, announces that the Colorado State
Apprenticeship Agency (SAA) approves its Registered Apprenticeship Program to
operate in Colorado under federal reciprocity provisions.
The approval recognizes LAC’s apprenticeship program for
federal purposes within the state. With this recognition, Learning Alliance
expands its mission to build a skilled broadband and telecom workforce in Colorado, supporting the state’s connectivity goals and addressing the industry's urgent labor shortages.

Colorado wage, hour, and apprenticeship ratio standards. The program also
ensures that apprentices in any occupation requiring licensure in Colorado
receive training that prepares them to meet state requirements.
