Tampa, Florida — May 15, 2026 — Learning Alliance Corporation and Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) have entered a workforce development partnership focused on expanding training access in Florida and strengthening talent pipelines for telecommunications and digital infrastructure roles throughout the United States.
Dycom has one of the largest distributed workforces in the U.S., with more than 20,000 skilled workers across all 50 states who are responsible for connecting cities and people to their homes and businesses. The partnership will provide opportunities for Learning Alliance students to engage with Dycom and its operating companies as it expands its high-performing workforce to stay ahead of the growing digital infrastructure demand. Learning Alliance’s programs are designed to align education with real-world field requirements and support the growing demand for skilled technicians as digital infrastructure expands nationwide. As part of this collaboration, the companies will host joint workforce events and partner on training programming, including curriculum development and hands-on field experiences.
