Learning Alliance Corporation and Tempo Communications Partner to Strengthen Telecom Training and Workforce Development    

Learning Alliance Corporation and Tempo Communications have formed a new partnership designed to strengthen technician training and better align industry-leading tools with real-world workforce needs.

Tampa, Florida —December 5, 2025  — Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC) and Tempo Communications have partnered to support the growing workforce needs of the broadband, fiber, and wireless industries. The partnership brings together LAC’s national training platform and Tempo’s respected field technology to create stronger alignment between industry tools, hands-on training, and the skills employers require.

Through this collaboration, Tempo joins the LASCE Vendor Registry, a program designed to elevate leading manufacturers through shared visibility, coordinated training opportunities, and participation in workforce development initiatives. Both organizations will work closely on co-marketing, learner engagement, and industry outreach to highlight the importance of integrating quality tools and equipment into technician preparation.
