As Hawaii advances its broadband expansion through the Office of Broadband, building a homegrown, skilled telecom workforce is essential. That's why Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC) partnered directly with state leaders to co-author the Office of Broadband Workforce Development Plan, ensuring workforce equity, technical readiness, and long-term sustainability.
