This scholarship helps candidates remove financial barriers through grants and donations—offering full tuition support. It includes one-on-one career consultations to assess job fit and offers life skills and pre-employment training to ensure long-term success in the field.

In partnership with T-Mobile, Learning Alliance offers a fully covered 4-week Broadband Digital Installer Program. This intensive training covers broadband, fiber optics, wireless, and RF systems. Students earn certifications such as OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and E-Systems Climber, with job placement support after graduation. Graduates step into careers with competitive wages, paid travel, and full benefits.
