Workforce Evolved Scholarship

Workforce Evolved brings together employers, educators, and local workforce development boards in order to fill the skills gap in growing industries. Serving as a liaison between these three groups in order to develop hands-on, competency-based training that meets both the needs of employers and low income candidates.

Once established clear training paths, Workforce Evolved leverages grants and donations in order to offer scholarships to diverse candidates in need, including Veterans, Minorities, Low-Income, and Rural Populations.

In order to maximize the chance of candidate success on-the-job, WE provides a one-on-one career consultation, upfront, to individuals who request services. This ensures that there is a good job-fit with our partner training programs, and allows us to offer pre-employment and life skills training as needed.
